About RIVET99

RIVET99 is a founder-led SaaS initiative from Tom Nielsen, built around a simple idea: your MSP should not need disconnected systems to deliver connected service.

Our product blueprint is intended to bring service management, devices, documentation, customer portals, and automation into one operating environment. Development is phased, starting with the planned everyday MSP core before expanding into integrations, security intelligence, people, projects, and finance.

Built by an MSP. For MSPs. That means configurable workflows, careful migration, and security validation—not hardcoded processes or promises that a mockup is finished software.
